Executive CommitteeThe Executive Committee meets monthly, usually on a Sunday evening, at Penn-Air & Hydraulics, 1750 Industrial Highway in York. The committee is comprised of one representative from each of the 12 clubs in the YCLA and is responsible for establishing and overseeing the association's policies and procedures. The committee is comprised of one representative from each of the 11 clubs in the YCLA, but may not include any of the clubs' coaches. The Disciplinary Committee will meet on an as-needed basis.
